Artichoke dip has always been one of my favorites. It is a crowd pleaser and this recipe makes it so easy to enjoy it at home or have in your back pocket for a pot luck.
Ingredients:
- 1 Jar Bella Cucina Artichoke Lemon Pesto (available in our store)
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 c Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/4 c Sour Cream
- 3/4 c Shredded Parmasean
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350. Using a mixing bowl add the cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded mozzarella. Using a spatula or wooden spoon mix until combined. Add in the entire jar of artichoke pesto, mix thoroughly. Move mixture into a prepared baking dish and top with the shredded parmesan. Place the baking dish in the oven and let it cook for approximately 20 minutes, until bubbly. I like mine golden on top so at that point I turned on the broiler for an additional minute or two.
